Taiwan LPGA top seeds banner s’woods field

Three of Taiwan  Ladies Professional Golf Association’s (TLPGA) top 10 players and two Philippines Ladies Masters champions from Thailand are among the participants in the two-leg ICTSI Champion Tour which unfolds Wednesday at Manila Southwoods in Carmona, Cavite.

Taiwanese Lee Hsin and Chen Min-Jou, the Nos. 2 and 3 players, respectively, in the current TLPGA Order of Merit ranking, and No. 9 Lin Tzu-chi, and Thais Saranporn Langkulgasettrin and Renuka Suksukont, winners of the first two PH Ladies Masters, banner the star-studded field.

The two $75,000 championships also serve as the 10th and 11th legs of the Ladies Philippine Golf Tour (LPGT).

LPGT leg winners Yupaporn Kawinpakorn, Onkanok Soisuwan, Wannasiri Sirisampant, Supakchaya Pattaranakrueang and Saruttaya Ngam-usawan from Thailand will mix it up with local top guns, led by Symetra Tour veteran Princess Superal, TLPGA campaigner Pauline del Rosario and former three-time LPGT OOM winner Cyna Rodriguez, and players from Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore and the United States.
