The efforts and achievements of the country’s finest celebrity athletes were recently feted by the local martial arts outfit.
Sen. Manny Pacquiao, the only eight-division world boxing champion, shared the spotlight with Makati (1st district) Rep. Monsour del Rosario (taekwondo), Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez (fencing) and Sen. Miguel Zubiri (arnis) during the recent Universal Reality Combat Championship Hall of Fame Awards.
