NCAA: Maguliano explodes for 30 as EAC stuns San Sebastian

JP Maguliano came through with the game of his life as Emilio Aguinaldo College shocked San Sebastian, 79-77, in overtime to end its winless start in the NCAA Season 94 men’s basketball tournament on Friday.

Maguliano, a transferee from Adamson, erupted for career-highs 30 points on 11-of-16 shooting from the field that came with 17 rebounds to help the help lift the Generals to their first victory after four losses.

It was a game to remember for Maguliano, who came into the game scoring a total of seven points and grabbing 17 boards.

The Stags fell to 2-4 with Michael Calisaan’s 23-point effort going down the drain.
