Filipino-American basketball star Jordan Clarkson led the way for the 270-plus Filipino athletes in the opening ceremony of the 2018 Asian Games at Gelora Bung Karno main stadium in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Clarkson, the Cleveland Cavaliers guard in the NBA, was all smiles as he proudly waved the Philippine flag.

But the highlight of the glitzy opening was when the two Koreas marched together in a heartwarming moment. Lim Yunghui, a women’s basketball player from South Korea, was the flag-bearer for unified Korea.
