Asian Games: Agatha Wong gives Philippines its 3rd bronze medal

Agatha Wong gave the Philippines its third bronze medal after finishing third in the women’s wushu taijiquan and taijijian event in the 2018 Asian Games Monday at Jakarta International Expo in Indonesia.

Wong, a gold medalist in the 2017 Southeast Asian Games in the same event, scored 9.68 to earn a spot in the podium.

Lindswell Kwok of Indonesia bagged the gold while Juanita Mok of Hong Kong won the silver medal.

The Philippines’ first two bronzes were courtesy of its men’s and women’s poomsae teams.
