LeBron James is moving on to a new chapter in his basketball career, and so is his sneaker line.
The newest Los Angeles Laker took to Instagram to announce the birth of his 16th signature shoe, which features the return of the once prominent logo.
James’ Lion logo, which last appeared in the LeBron 8, is reappearing in the LeBron 16s.
“The first of many treats to come this season! I can’t wait for y’all to see that’s in store for the #LeBron16,” posted James together with four photos of his new shoe that Black/University Red colorway.
The LeBron 16 has a similar upper to the LeBron 15 and once again featured, as per SoleCollector, a BattleKnit structure with a visible Zoom Air in the outsole.
James’ Lion logo appears on the heel while his Crown logo is on the tongue.
No official release date has been announced for the shoe.
