They are the Philippines’ golden girls of the 2018 Asian Games.

Hidilyn Diaz on Monday shared a photo of her with her fellow gold-medal winners Philippine women’s golf team at Athletes Village in Kemayoran, Indonesia.

“Golden Girls ng #AsianGames2018 (sabi nila) . 🇵🇭💄💃🏽💅🏽 #atletangpilipino #LabanPilipinas,” Diaz wrote in her post.

It’s been a show of women power in the continental meet as 11 of the country’s medals so far, including all the three golds, came from Filipina bets.

Diaz scored the first gold medal for the Philippines after she topped the rest of her competitors in weightlifting last week.

 Yuka Saso then gave the country its second gold after conquering the women’s individual golf competition on Sunday.

She also led the Philippines women’s golf team in the team category for the Philippines’ third gold medal.

The Philippines is currently ranked 19th as of Tuesday 4pm with 15 medals of three golds and 12 bronzes.
