Manila routs Pasay, wins 4th straight
Relentless in the second and third periods, Manila notched a fourth straight victory in record-breaking fashion as it whipped Pasay, 115-85, Wednesday night in the MPBL Datu Cup at San Andres Gym in Manila.
Reil Cervantes, Adrian Celada and Aris Dionisio combined for 58 points as the Stars set a league record for most number of points on their way to a sixth win in seven games.
The Stars also claimed top spot in the North division, ahead of San Juan and Bataan, which both own identical 5-1 records.
