NCAA: Lyceum fuels streak to 10, thumps San Sebastian
Streaking Lyceum picked up where it left off, steamrolling San Sebastian, 88-70, at the start of the second round of the NCAA Season 94 men’s basketball tournament Tuesday at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.
CJ Perez led the way for the Pirates, who swept the first round and stayed unblemished at 10-0, with a game-high 21 points on top of nine rebounds and five steals.

“We know that they’re gonna bring their best every time they play against us.”
Marcelino twins Jaycee and Jayvee brought the energy anew. The two combined for 31 points, 10 rebounds, nine assists and four steals.

San Sebastian guard RK Ilagan made his first game back from suspension but his return was still not enough as the struggling Stags reeled to their ninth loss in 10 games.
Ilagan violated NCAA rules after playing in other leagues that forfeited the Stags’ victories over Jose Rizal University Heavy Bombers and College of St. Benilde Blazers in the first round where Ilagan played.
Ilagan had 13 points on 3-of-11 from the field and was minus-33.
