TNT’s Romeo fined over P20k for headbutt, taunting

TNT guard Terrence Romeo was punished by the PBA for his antics late in TNT’s 118-114 overtime win over Columbian on Sunday.

Romeo was fined a total of P22,600 for his headbutt, second motion and taunting against Dyip guard Rashawn McCarthy.

It hasn’t been the kind of start Romeo and the KaTropa had wanted with only two wins in six outings so far in the 2018 PBA Governors’ Cup.

The KaTropa hope to start a winning streak against the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters on September 22 in Iloilo.
