College of St. Benilde placed its game against San Sebastian in the NCAA Season 94 men’s basketball tournament under protest.

The Stags escaped the Blazers, 66-65, on Tuesday night after Justin Gutang’s last-second layup was nullified following a thorough review by game officials.

Blazers forward Yankee Haruna immediately signed the stat sheet after the game to officially place the result under protest.

San Sebastian forward Michael Calisaan hit the game-winning free throw with 5.6 seconds left.
