The Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Golf Cup presented by Manila Southwoods, San Miguel Beer and the Philippine Sports Commission tees off today with a merry mix of guests gracing the fund-raiser at the Legends course in Carmona, Cavite.
Former PSA president Lito Tacujan of the Star, Inquirer Sports columnist Ernie Gonzales, Jerome Delariarte of Southwoods and PSA president Dodo Catacutan of Spin.ph will hit the ceremonial drives along with other guests at 7 a.m., kicking off the 18-hole tournament that aims to raise funds for PSA’s projects.
The shotgun style tee-off is set at 7:30 a.m.
Major sponsors are PLDT/Smart, Philippine Basketball Association through commissioner Willie Marcial, Philippine Olympic Committee and Meralco while Philippine Airlines is staking a round-trip ticket to London or the United States as hole-in-one prize on No. 16.
