Romeo Travis’ best game yet as a member of the Magnolia Hotshots certainly didn’t go unnoticed.
LeBron James, one of the greatest basketball players ever and who happens to be Travis’ childhood friend, made sure to send his regards to the Hotshots big man all the way from Los Angeles in a post on his Twitter account.

The 33-year-old Travis, who was teammates with James at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, posted 32 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists to lead Magnolia to a 113-95 rout of Columbian in the 2018 PBA Governors’ Cup Wednesday night.
Travis has been a major part of the Hotshots’ success this conference, averaging 22.7 points, 16.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 2.8 steals and 1.2 blocks per game.

With Travis in tow, Magnolia is currently tied with Barangay Ginebra in first place with a 5-1 record.
As for James, the three-time NBA champion just made his Staples Center debut in a 113-111 loss to the Denver Nuggets in the preseason two months after joining the Los Angeles Lakers via free agency.
