San Sebastian routs Arellano to end NCAA Season 94 campaign

San Sebastian went on a tear in the second quarter to dump Arellano University, 91-63, in the final game of their NCAA Season 94 men’s basketball tournament campaign Tuesday at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

The Stags dominated the Chiefs, 35-12, in the pivotal second period and led by as much as 31.

Michael Calisaan notched a double-double with 24 points and 12 rebounds while RK Ilagan collected 13 points, six rebounds and five assists to lead San Sebastian.

Allyn Bulanadi also had a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Stags, who ended the season with a 6-12 record.

Calisaan and Ilagan alone had 13 points combined in the second quarter to outscore Arellano.

The Chiefs wound up with a 5-13 slate to wrap up their campaign.
