San Juan pounced on a cold-shooting Bacoor squad, 74-63, on Thursday to gain second spot in the North division, while Pasig snapped a three-game slide in the MPBL Datu Cup at Strike Gym in Bacoor City, Cavite.
Mike Ayonayon came off the bench to pour 21 points, while former Philippine Basketball Association player Mac Cardona contributed 15 points.
The victory lifted the Knights to 10-2, just behind the Bataan Risers, who own a 10-1 record.

Francis Camacho fired 12 points to match the output of Mark Bautista as six Pasig players finished in twin digits.
