UFL: Stallion duels Meralco
MANILA, Philippines — Surprise leader Stallion Giligans seeks to sustain its strong start against Loyola Meralco Saturday in a battle of United Football League leaders at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.
Kickoff is at 4 p.m. with the two squads, which figured in a memorable UFL Cup quarterfinal duel won by Loyola, looking for their third straight victories.
Stallion, flashing better passing, routed defending champion Air Force, 4-1, Tuesday night to gain top spot on goal difference.
