NLEX sending Desiderio, Tratter to Blackwater for Erram

05:06 AM December 18, 2018

It’s only a matter of time before NLEX’s first-round picks Paul Desiderio and Abu Tratter are officially traded to the Blackwater Elite. But that didn’t keep Desiderio and Tratter from participating in their first practice as PBA rookies at Meralco gym in Pasig on Monday. In a statement on Twitter, NLEX management said “coach Yeng Guiao took our newly drafted players to dinner to discuss their future. As far back as the Asian Games, Blackwater has been discussing a trade involving Poy Erram, a much-needed big man who impressed coach Yeng during their national team stint.” —MARK GIONGCO, INQUIRER.NET
