MANILA, Philippines—Adrien Broner switches back to his defensive stance at the start of the first championship round only for Manny Pacquiao to once again establish his offense.
Pacquiao pins Broner to the ropes but Broner once again clinches to prevent any punishment.
Broner throws a quick left hand but it lands on Pacquiao’s right shoulder showing his sometimes-underrated defensive acumen.
Broner back-pedals in the final 30 seconds but absorbs a stiff left straight to the chin.
