With three straight NCAA titles under its belt and four in the last five years overall, Arellano University has established a dynasty in the NCAA women’s volleyball tournament.

The Lady Chiefs pulled off a “three-peat” on Tuesday after ending University of Perpetual Help’s dream run, 22-25, 25-15, 25-18, 25-18, in the winner-take-all Game 3.

Arellano head coach Obet Javier, however, is far from satisfied despite his team’s latest feat.

“We’re going to try and extend this dynasty. We’re going to continue to improve. We got the three-peat but we’re not content, we’re still going to learn,” Javier said in Filipino.

The Lady Chiefs are still going to have their core next year led by Regine Arocha and Nicole Ebuen with only Rhea Ramirez as their graduating player.

Arocha just won her second consecutive Finals MVP award while Ebuen is fresh off an MVP season.
