Eduard Folayang won’t be left out when it comes to the recent social media craze.
The “10-Year Challenge” was one of the first trends to start the year with Instagram users posting decade-old pictures of themselves side by side with present-day photos that often bring out extraordinary results.

Folayang, however, decided to double it up with a 20-year challenge post.
But while many join in on the 10-year challenge to show how much they’ve changed physically, Folayang did his to somewhat remind himself how far he’s come.
True enough, Folayang has come a long way from being a national champion as a teenager to a two-time ONE world lightweight champion at 34.

The Filipino MMA superstar is scheduled to defend his world title in a rematch with Japanese legend and former champion Shinya Aoki in Tokyo next month.
