SSC, Adamson eye Final 4

MANILA, Philippines—Although tabbed as favorites, San Sebastian-Excelroof and Adamson  remain wary of their separate opponents as the league-leaders aim for Final Four slots in the  Shakey’s V-League Season 7 second conference Sunday at the  FilOil-Flying V Arena in San Juan.   The Lady Stags clash with Far Eastern University  at 4 p.m., before the Lady Falcons take the court at 6 p.m. against a Lyceum squad coming off a victory.   Ateneo and National University clash at 2 p.m. to kick off the three-game bill.   The Lady Stags and the Lady Falcons continued to lord it over the field in nine games, winning seven each to share the top spot.   Victories by both teams will leave the four other quarterfinalists in a tight race for the last two semifinal berths.   Lyceum, which stunned Ateneo last Thursday, wound up tied with the Lady Eagles at third with similar 5-3 records.
