It seems like almost everyone wants a piece of Manny Pacquiao nowadays.
Undefeated American Errol Spence Jr., one of the top 10 pound for pound fighters today, too wants a crack at the Filipino legend even if it means fighting in the Philippines.
“I’ll fight Manny Pacquiao anywhere. Definitely in the Philippines or anywhere else,” Spence told Fight Hub TV recently.
But a fight with Pacquiao will have to wait first.
Spence still has a title bout lined up as he is scheduled to defend his IBF welterweight title against Mikey Garcia next month in Arlington, Texas.
The 28-year-old Spence, who boasts a record of 24 wins with 21 knockouts, can’t afford any form of distraction and not to look too far ahead of his March 16 showdown against Garcia.
Garcia is a four-division champion and like Spence, he is also unbeaten with 39 wins and 30 knockouts and a pound-for-pound boxer.
