Filipino Carlos Yulo took home the gold medal in the men’s floor finals of the 2019 World Cup Gymnastics Saturday in Melbourne, Australia.

Yulo registered 14.566 to top Hibiki Arayashiki of Japan, who came in second with a score of 14.500.

Rayderley Zapata of Spain and Dominic Cunningham of Great Britan finished in third place.

The teen sensation, who just turned 19 on February 16, made the country proud again after bagging the bronze medal in last year’s Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Doha, Qatar.

The gold medal finish also boosted Yulo’s bid to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
