MANILA, Philippines–Ray Parks on Tuesday officially signed with the Blackwater Elite, as per his agent Charlie Dy.
Parks, who selected second overall by the Elite in the 2018 PBA Draft four months ago, ended speculations about his next move.
Dy posted a photo of Parks’ contract signing with team governor Siliman Sy on his Instagram account Tuesday.
The deal is reportedly worth P2 million for the remainder of this season.

Dimaunahan also said Parks’ winning attitude and athleticism are just some of the things Blackwater needs to turn its fortunes around.
The 6-foot-4 guard just recently wrapped up his third season with Alab Pilipinas in the ASEAN Basketball League.
Parks won an ABL title and two ABL Local MVPs during his stint with Alab.
The 26-year-old Parks is expected to join Blackwater in practice after the Holy Week as he takes a much needed break from basketball.
