MANILA, Philippines—Over 3,000 participants from 60 companies will join the inaugural 2012 Manila Corporate Games from March 22 to 25 at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.
Popular sports such as basketball, volleyball and running will be among the 10 featured sports in the event that will also stage a grand parade of athletes.
“This is not merely a sports competition but a celebration of fun and camaraderie among the participants,” Lorens Stiller of event organizer Multiplata Philippines said in the PSA Forum Tuesday at Shakey’s UN Avenue. Swimming, cycling, dragon boat, football, badminton, lawn tennis and poker round up the events.
“We chose these 10 disciplines because of their team-building and team-bonding qualities,” said Stiller.
