MANILA, Philippines–It’s going to be Petron against F2 Logistics after they finished off their respective semifinals opponents in similar sweeping fashion Thursday night in the Philippine Superliga Grand Prix at FilOil Flying V Center.

F2 Logistics disposed of PLDT, 26-24, 26-24, 25-17, in Game 2 of their best-of-three semis series.

That earned the Cargo Movers a spot in the finals, squaring off with the Blaze Spikers for the finals for the fifth time. Game 1 is slated Tuesday.

But unlike Petron, which scored an easy 23-25, 25-17, 25-16, 25-21 win over Cignal HD, F2 Logistics faced set points in the first two sets scrambling plays before cutting down PLDT.

The frustration proved unbearable for PLDT coach Roger Gorayeb who went off the court in the third just as F2 Logistics was making the decisive move.
