Isa Molde still unsure whether she’ll return to UP for another year
MANILA, Philippines—Isa Molde could be walking away from the UAAP without making the Final Four for the third straight time.
After University of the Philippines ended its campaign with a 25-20, 25-23, 25-19 loss to bottom team Adamson Saturday, Molde said she’s still uncertain if she would return for Season 82

Despite high expectations after a successful off-season run, the Lady Maroons fell flat in the UAAP and settled for the no. 5 spot with a 6-8 record including four straight losses.
Molde already said before the league went on a break for the Holy Week that she hasn’t made up her mind whether she’s going to play in her final year.

“I still don’t know if I’ll come back but it’s hard to leave my younger teammates,” said Molde, who had 10 points in her final game of the season. “They’re the ones who could really persuade me to come back because my heart belongs to them.”
“They don’t have to tell me anything, I just need some time to think about my decision. Knowing the kids I know they won’t force me to come back, and they’ll let me do what I want to do.”
