Lyceum of the Philippines University guns for a fourth straight win in the Filoil Flying V Preseason Cup when it battles Far Eastern University Monday at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.
Game time is 2:15 p.m.
The Pirates rallied from big deficits to win their last two matches against Adamson and Letran, respectively, to take the elimination round lead in Group B.
Lyceum is again expected to be led by twins JC and JV Marcelino, center Mike Nzeusseu, and steady point guard Raymar Caduyac.
The Tamaraws have a 0-2 record after losses to to National University and Letran.
Letran will be looking to bounce back from that loss to Lyceum last Friday when it slugs it out with Emilio Aguinaldo College.
Letran led for much of that game only to see the Pirates rally in the last six minutes.
In the final seniors match, University of Santo Tomas continues looking for that first win when the Growling Tigers battle the Arellano Chiefs at 5:45 p.m.
The Tigers will be coming off losses to La Salle and Centro Escolar University.
Idle San Beda is atop Group A of the collegiate division with a 2-0 record.
The high school division will also play a triple header beginning with the Perpetual Help-UST match at 9 a.m.
Adamson collides with Mapua at 10:45am while JRU goes up against NU at 12:30pm.
