eXtribe partners with Camarines Sur and Camsur Watersports Complex (CWC) for 2019 events
eXtribe, a premier organizer of world-class triathlon events, has announced the rest of its lined up races for 2019 to be staged at the world-renowned Camsur Watersports Complex (CWC).
After holding the successful CWC Adventure Run last month, eXtribe is set to hold the Rockstar Triathlon on Aug. 25 and the Caramoan SwimRun contest in October, with CWC and Gota Village in Caramoan serving as the key venues for both events.
In a statement, eXtribe said CWC has regained its stature as a world-class venue and one of the best wake parks in the world after a thorough rebuild and rehabilitation following the onslaught of Typhoon Nina in 2016.
eXtribe described CWC as the perfect venue to hold its events, with its world-class facilities combined with the province’s experience of hosting top-notch wakeboarding, dragonboat racing, triathlon and marathon events.
eXtribe will also soon announce the possibility of the Camarines Sur Bike Fest, Subic International Marathon and the exact dates of the annual Extri Triathlon in San Juan, Batangas.
eXtribe’s annual events are part of the company’s effort to boost community engagement, where locals are empowered and eager to host sports events.
In Laiya, Batangas, Baranggay Hugom is one the regular beneficiaries of eXtribe’s sports and education programs while community and tourism programs in Camarines Sur are developed through several of its events.
