Eagles destroy Stags in Game 1
CIGNAL—Ateneo played to its potential in the second half on Monday, whipping Valencia City Bukidnon-SSCR, 105-67, in Game 1 of their 2019 PBA D-League semifinals at Paco Arena in Manila.
Ange Kouame powered the Blue Eagles with 19 points, 13 coming in the third frame, as the Eagles dropped 71 points in the final two periods to score the rout.
Kouame also had 20 rebounds and four blocks.

“Coach Tab (Baldwin) just reminded our players to follow our rules on defense,” assistant coach Sandy Arespacochaga said.
