Pacifictown-Army bounces back for 3-2 record

MANILA, Philippines—Pacifictown-Army bounced back into winning orbit after besting BanKo Perlas, 25-22, 23-25, 27-29, 25-20, 25-7, Sunday in the Premier Volleyball League at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

Alina Bicar scored 10 points and tossed in 26 excellent sets for the Lady Troopers who recovered from straight sets to defeat the PetroGazz Angels last Saturday and improve to 3-2.

Jenelle Jordan topscored for PacificTown-Army with 25 points? While fellow import Lena Lymareva-Flink and Honey Royse Tubino added 19 and 16 markers, respectively.

The Perlas Spikers slid to 2-3.
