Lifesavers whip Lady Realtors

CADIZ CITY—Sizzling Generika-Ayala crushed Sta. Lucia, 25-12, 25-23, 28-15, to claim its third straight win in the Philippine Superliga All-Filipino Conference Tuesday afternoon at Cadiz City Arena here.

The Lifesavers pounced on the Lady Realtors right from the start and swept their way to a tie with Petron at second place with identical 3-1 cards.

“We had a strong start but we struggled in the second and third sets. Good thing was, the girls hung tough and completed those comebacks,” said head coach Sherwin Meneses, whose wards will battle Cignal on Thursday in Silay City.
