MANILA, Philippines—RK Ilagan put on a shooting clinic and San Sebastian steamrolled Jose Rizal University, 82-51, in the NCAA Season 95 men’s basketball tournament Tuesday at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

Ilagan lit up for 25 points on 9-of-17 shooting from the field but it was from the 3-point line where he got going.

The hot-shooting guard fired from all cylinders and sank five out of his nine attempts from downtown.

Ilagan, who fired 13 points in the third quarter, also collected three rebounds, five assists and two steals.

Alvin Capobres added 16 points and six rebounds for the Stags, who shot 50 percent from the field and forced 25 turnovers.

San Sebastian led by as much as 31 points as JRU struggled mightily on offense.

The Heavy Bombers had no player finishing in double-digit scoring and shot just 32 percent from the field.
