HOLLYWOOD—Manny Pacquiao is nearing the end of a storied career, but there is no finish line yet in sight.
Justin Fortune, Pacquiao’s strength and conditioning coach, doesn’t see any reason for the Filipino ring superstar to hang up his gloves at this point of his career.
“Manny will fight for as long as he wants to. He’s the one who decides to stop. So far, have you seen any signs? No? There you go, you answered your own question. He’ll stop when he wants to stop,” Fortune said.
“He hasn’t. And when he does, I’m sure he’ll probably notice. Fighters do get old overnight. But Manny hasn’t. He’s always in shape. No signs whatsoever of that happening,” he added.

Pacquiao is still going strong at 40 and is coming off impressive back-to-back wins over Lucas Matthysse last year and Adrien Broner six months ago.
The eight-division champion won the WBA (Regular) welterweight title in a seventh-round stoppage of Matthysse while he mincemeat of Broner in a lopsided decision.
Pacquiao is showing no signs of slowing down as he heads into his welterweight showdown with the much younger Keith Thurman in a title unification on July 20 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
