Manny Pacquiao leaves for Las Vegas ahead of Keith Thurman clash
HOLLYWOOD—Manny Pacquiao and his team left for Las Vegas Monday afternoon ahead of the welterweight clash with Keith Thurman on Saturday at MGM Grand Garden Arena.
But before he hit the road for Sin City, Pacquiao didn’t let his last day in Los Angeles pass without breaking a sweat.
Pacquiao wrapped up his LA training camp with four rounds of sparring with AB Lopez and six rounds of mitts.
The 40-year-old Pacquiao was in a jovial mood as he worked on his combinations and footwork.
The eight-division champion’s camp believes Pacquiao’s speed, power and aggression would be too much for Thurman, who is 10 years younger.
Thurman, on the other hand, hopes to walk the talk come fight night as he aims to send Pacquiao into retirement.
