LAS VEGAS—Keith Thurman showed up at the grand arrival at the MGM Grand Hotel lobby here in style and with a lot of sass.
Thurman, the WBA (Super) welterweight champion, wore a shirt that bore his intentions for his title unification clash with Manny Pacquiao on Saturday night at MGM Grand.
“Look at your boy right here, it’s game over baby. I just showed up and it’s game over, it’s game over,” Thurman declared while showing the words “game over” printed on his shirt. “Read the back, do you wanna continue? The answer is no. There is no continuation after this.”

Pacquiao, who made his way to the stage after Thurman, is coming off resounding victories over Lucas Matthysse and Adrien Broner in his last two fights as he continues to defy father time.
Thurman, who is 10 years younger at 30, however, feels he is not in the same echelon as Matthysse and Broner and he is determined to pull the plug on Pacquiao’s storied career.

“I’m the real deal and Manny Pacquiao is going to feel it,” Thurman (29-0, 22 KOs) said.
“I’m not Adrien Broner, I’m not Lucas Matthysse. I’m undefeated for a reason. I understand that he’s a legend for a reason, but is his legacy greater than me? I don’t think so,” he added. “Stick, move and then, drop bombs. Boom, boom, boom.”
