Beermen guard Terrence Romeo named PBA Finals MVP
MANILA, Philippines–It was only last conference that Terrence Romeo had his first taste of a championship of his career.
Now, he can also call himself a Finals Most Valuable Player.

The explosive guard averaged 14.8 points, 4.3 assists, 2.3 rebounds six games, but it was his epic performance in Game 2 that set him apart.
With San Miguel trailing 0-1, Romeo picked the best time to play his best game yet in a Beermen uniform, unleashing 29 points to help his team survive two overtimes and level the series.
Romeo finished with 10 points, three rebounds and seven assists in the clincher against his former team, who finished the elimination round as the top seed.
