MANILA, Philippines–BanKo Perlas raced from three points down in the third set to defeat Air Force, 25-13, 25-18, 25-19, Saturday night for its second win in the Premier Volleyball League Open Conference at FilOil Flying V Cebnter.
After taking the first two sets with ease, the Perlas Spikers let down their guards to allow the Lady Jet Spikers to take command.
But Nicole Tiamzon touched off a quick run in mid-set to turn the tables and cruise to victory for a 2-1 record.
The Lady Jet Spikers crashed to their second straight defeat.
