PSL: F2 Logistics handily beats Sta. Lucia to complete semis cast
MANILA, Philippines–F2 Logistics booted out Sta. Lucia, 25-10, 25-14, 25-17, Saturday night as it powered its way into the semifinals of the Philippine Superliga All Filipino Conference at Ynares Center in Pasig City.
Kalei Mau scored on a hall of spikes late in the third set as the Cargo Movers broke free from the tight frame en route to victory.
Now with a twice-to-beat incentive, F2 Logistics will battle Foton in the semis on Tuesday.
As expected, the Cargo Movers imposed their vaunted net defense scoring nine on kill-blocks in the first two sets alone.
“We worked very hard we prepared for this team like we do with any team, and it showed tonight in the game,” said Mau who finished with 17 points.
