Juvic finishes second for P7.4 million

Not just about to slow down after sweeping the last four events of the Philippine Golf Tour, Juvic Pagunsan banked another P7.4 million by finishing solo second behind Japanese star Ryo Ishikawa Sunday in the Shigeo Nagashima Invitational Segasammy Cup at The North Country Golf Club in Hokkaido, Japan.

Pagunsan’s closing four-under-par 68 proved to be his worst in four days, but it enough to give him the runner-up spot with a 272 total for 72 holes and a whopping 15 million yen prize money.

Ishikawa shot a 68 for 268, four strokes ahead of Pagunsan.
