Alyssa Valdez, Creamline roll past Choco Mucho for 6-0 mark

MANILA, Philippines—Alyssa Valdez erupted with 25 points as Creamline turned back Choco Mucho, 25-12, 25-22, 19-25, 25-18, Saturday night to remain unbeaten in the Premier Volleyball League Open Conference at Filoil Flying V Center.

The Cool Smashers let down their guards after taking the first two frames against their sister team.

The Flying Titans then, took full advantage, securing the third set through the efforts of Maddie Madayag and Kat Tolentino.

But Valdez joined hands with Celine Domingo in the fourth set, taking a huge 16-8 lead all the way to the end. Domingo finished with 10 points.

Creamline remained at solo top spot with a 6-0 record, while Choco Mucho fell down the standings with 2-3 card.
