A Miami-based adult-content website is making its case to land the naming rights to American Airlines Arena, the home of NBA franchise Miami Heat.

In a statement announced on its Twitter account, BangBros said it has submitted a $10 million bid in a “serious” attempt to rename the arena “BangBros Center” or “The BBC” for the next decade.

American Airlines’ contract with the Heat is reportedly set to expire at the end of the year.

“Miami is known for many things-South Beach, beautiful women, and sports teams like the professional NBA team the Miami Heat. Miami is also known for BangBros. So it makes sense to pair up winning programs like the Miami Heat andBangBros for a sponsorship opportunity, naming the home arena they play in,” the statement read.

“The last major winning sports team the city had, the Miami heat, were led by legends Dwayne [sic] Wade, Lebron James, and Chris Bosh,” read the statement. “That’s why another legend, adult company BangBros, wants to come in and put their stamp of approval on the arena.”

The American Airlines Arena has been the venue for the Heat’s home games since 2000.

“To show how serious BangBros is, they have already offered $10 million to Myles Gallagher of Cleveland’s Superlative Group, and are suggesting the name BangBros Center (The BBC) as the new home of the Miami Heat for the next decade.”

While it’s highly unlikely that a deal with be made, basketball fans on social media had fun at the idea of having a BangBros Center.
