PH diver Demaisip bags gold in Asian Age Group Championships

Filipino Monique Ann Demaisip captured the gold medal in the Women’s 1-meter Springboard Individual Open event Sunday in the 10th Asian Age Group Swimming Championships in India.

Demaisip impressed after registering 185.55 points to claim first place, according to the official Facebook page of the Philippine Swimming Incorporated.

Borova Yelizaveta of Kazakhstan was a close second with 180.30 points while Lai Yu Yen of Chinese Taipei bagged the bronze with 167.40 points.
