University of Santo Tomas won its first two titles of UAAP Season 82 when its men’s and women’s teams lorded over the beach volleyball competitions Sunday at Sands SM by the Bay.
The Tigresses stretched their championship streak to four as Babylove Barbon and Gen Eslapor turned back La Salle’s Tin Tiamzon and Justine Nazareno, 21-14, 20-22, 15-12.
In the men’s side, the Tiger Spikers swept last season’s runner-up Far Eastern University for the crown. —BONG LOZADA
