NCAA: Peralta career high helps Perpetual Help beat JRU in battle of also-rans
MANILA, Philippines–Rey Anthony Peralta set a career-high 25 points as the Perpetual Altas pulled off a 77-66 win over the hard-fighting Jose Rizal Heavy Bombers on Tuesday in the NCAA Season 95 men’s basketball tournament.
The Altas improved to 4-10, out of the running for a semifinal but could complicate matters for Final Four contenders Letran, Mapua and San Sebastian in their succeeding matches.

Agem Miranda had 16 points for the Bombers, who plummeted deep into the standings after sharing an identical 4-11 record with the Arellano Chiefs.
