With Rugby World Cup games cancelled including Canada’s match against Namibia due to the severe weather condition, the Canadians made sure to spend their time the best way they could.
The squad’s act of kindness certainly didn’t go unnoticed with people, including Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, expressing their gratitude and commending the members of the team all over social media.
True Canadian spirit from @RugbyCanada. We’re thinking of the victims and everyone in Japan who’s been affected by this devastating typhoon. https://t.co/9ppIxkUslp
