MANILA, Philippines—A festive streetdance competition brings Season 74 of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) to a close this Saturday at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Forum in Pasay City.
La Salle’s Dance Company-Street, the inaugural winner last year, aims for a repeat romp in the featured exhibition of the closing ceremony that will also formally honor the overall league champion and this season’s Most Valuable Players.
Season 74 president Ricky Palou of host school Ateneo will also turn over the general hosting chores to NU led by next season’s president Nilo Ocampo.
UST will take centerstage anew after sweeping the general championship by capturing its 14th straight and 39th overall crown in the seniors division and sixth straight title in the juniors side.
