LAUREL, Batangas – The Philippines’ Lea Denise Belgira delivered another gold to the country’s growing haul as she ruled the women’s downhill mountain bike event of the Southeast Asian Games at Three Skulls trail here.

Belgira navigated the tricky terrain with aplomb, checking in at three minutes and 9.781 seconds for the gold medal, the first for the country in the cycling events that stakes 12 golds.

The silver went to Tiara Andini Prastika of Indonesia, who came in at 3:16.986, while Thailand’s Vipavee Deekaballes settled for the bronze in 3:17.607.
