It didn’t take long for Zamboanga star Alvin Pasaol to heat up in freezing conditions in Canada.

Pasaol pumped in 21 points to propel Zamboanga Family’s Brand Sardines to an emphatic 88-72 victory over Imus Bandera last Friday in the Chooks to Go MPBL Lakan Season at Seven Chiefs Sportsplex in Calgary, Alberta.

Arriving less than 24 hours before the game, Zamboanga zoomed to a 46-31 lead, before extending the gap to 23 points in the final period on its way to improving to 17-10 for sixth spot in the South division.
