San Miguel Alab Pilipinas took its worst loss in the 10th Asean Basketball League season, falling to the Kuala Lumpur Dragons, 91-63, Tuesday night at MABA Stadium in Malaysia.

Playing in its third game in six days, Alab never led and trailed by as much as 31 late en route to its fifth defeat in 13 games.

Will Artino led the Dragons with 24 points and seven rebounds. He shot 12-of-19 from the field and also had three blocks.

Alab, which is coming off back-to-back overtime wins over the Mono Vampire and the Singapore Slingers, saw its two-game winning run end.

Nick King paced Alab in scoring with 13 but he shot just 6-of-19 from the field.

The Dragons (5-5), who stopped a three-game slide, made 49 percent of their shots as compared to Alab’s 35 percent clip.

The Malaysian side also scored 20 points off Alab’s 17 turnovers.
